Our Lineage
From Seattle to South Africa
- 1928
The Global Genesis
Dr. Bernard Haldane proves that long-term career fulfillment comes from building on motivated achievements, not agonizing over weaknesses.
- 1998
Crossing the Ocean
Dr. Bernard and Dr. Jean Haldane visit Johannesburg. A founding cohort of eight South Africans (including two community clergymen and their wives) travels to Seattle to train at the Center for Dependable Strengths at the University of Washington.
- 2001–Present
Rooted Locally
Formally incorporated as a Section 21 non-profit company, adapting the methodology across township halls, community centers, schools, and workplaces nationwide.
History is written by those who act on their potential.
The journey from Seattle to South Africa wasn't just about bringing a process across the ocean—it was about giving our people a space to reclaim their dignity and build sustainable futures. Today, that movement continues in every room we step into.
